Donating to Bentham Hub
At The Bentham Hub, we’re always grateful for donations that help us continue our mission of supporting the local community and reducing waste. Your donations not only give items a second life but also directly fund important causes in Bentham and the surrounding areas.
We accept a wide variety of items, including furniture, clothing, books, toys, and bric-a-brac, as long as they are clean, in good working condition, and not broken. We believe in the power of repurposing and reusing items that still have value, ensuring that nothing goes to waste where possible. Even if your items may seem small, they make a big difference to us.

What We Can Accept
We do our best to accept as many donations as we can, but there are a few items that we are unable to take due to safety regulations or space limitations. We cannot accept:
- Furniture that doesn’t have a fire safety label
- Mattresses
- Child car seats
- Helmets
If you’re unsure whether your item is suitable, please don’t hesitate to reach out using the enquiry form below. We’re more than happy to advise and help ensure that your donations meet the necessary requirements.
How to Donate
Donating to The Bentham Hub is simple. You can drop off items directly at our shop during opening hours, or if you have larger items, we offer a collection service for a small donation. If you’d like to arrange a collection, simply give us a call or fill out the enquiry form, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
For items that we can’t accept, we work with trusted recycling partners to ensure that they are disposed of in an environmentally friendly way. By donating, you’re not only supporting local causes but also helping to keep valuable goods out of landfill.
Thank you for supporting The Bentham Hub and being a part of our community-driven mission!
